General Director Bùi Văn Minh requested the Center’s leadership, advisory department leaders, and affiliated units to promote exemplary responsibility in performing their duties. He also commended the captains of SAR 411 and SAR 412 ships for their readiness to conduct search and rescue operations despite the harsh weather conditions before, during, and after Typhoon No. 3 (YAGI) made landfall in the coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Thanh Hoa from September 6 to September 7.
