Vungtau MRCC organizes activities to celebrate Victory Day (April 30th) and International Worker’s Day (May 1st)

Joining the atmosphere to celebrate the 49th anniversary of Vietnam’s Day of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30th, 1975 - April 30th, 2024) and International Labor Day (May 1st), Vungtau MRCC (Region III Centre) organized internal contest combined with maneuvers on specialized physical exercises and many professional skills. This is associated with launching emulation movements, creating an atmosphere of exchanges and cohesion to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Vungtau MRCC’s leader thoroughly grasped the contest contents

Contest contents include distress monitoring, specialized physical exercises, running 100m, medical first aid, and firefighting. During the contest, all competitors received enthusiastic attention and cheers from many other employees.

During the holidays, Vungtau MRCC’s leaders thoroughly required all employees to enhance their sense of responsibility, ensure security and order, prevent fire and explosion, strictly comply with legal regulations on traffic safety, be on duty 24/7 for distress monitoring, SAR vessels ensure the number of crews on duty, and all departments are ready to perform tasks when required.

Based on the results of the contest, Vungtau MRCC evaluated the training results and then developed appropriate training plans for the upcoming time to improve work efficiency and be ready to conduct maritime search and rescue operations./.
