
Vietnam MRCC

Vietnam MRCC handles and coordinates search and rescue information from regional MRCC centres and acts as the liaison and command centre for search and rescue operations between Vietnam's maritime rescue forces and foreign search and rescue forces in Vietnamese waters.
Vietnam MRCC maintains a 24/7 search and rescue duty at the Rescue Coordination Room and four command coordination rooms at its subordinate units. It leads and manages the deployment of maritime and other mobilized resources during incidents at sea.
Haiphong MRCC

Operational Scope:
- From the northern boundary of Quang Ninh province's waters to the southern boundary of Ha Tinh province's waters.
- Northern limit: the maritime border between Vietnam and China. Southern limit: latitude 18-00N.
- Eastern limit: outer boundary of Vietnam's search and rescue region.
Managed Assets: Specialized search and rescue vessels: SAR 411, SAR 27-01, and 3 canoes.
Danang MRCC
Established: November 20, 1996
Address: Hoang Sa Street, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang
Operational Scope:
- From the southern boundary of Ha Tinh province's waters to the southern boundary of Binh Dinh province's waters.
- Northern limit: latitude 18-00N.
- Southern limit: latitude 13-36N.
- Eastern limit: outer boundary of Vietnam's search and rescue region.
Managed Assets: Specialized search and rescue vessels: SAR 412, SAR 274, and 2 canoes.
Nhatrang MRCC
Established: March 24, 2006 Address: 65 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Thanh Dat Hamlet, Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa
Operational Scope:
- From the southern boundary of Binh Dinh province's waters to the southern boundary of Ninh Thuan province's waters and the waters of the Spratly Islands.
- Northern limit: latitude 13-36N.
- Southern limit: latitude 11-10N and longitude 111-40E.
- Eastern limit: outer boundary of Vietnam's search and rescue responsibility area.
Managed Assets: Specialized search and rescue vessels: SAR 273 and 2 canoes.
Vungtau MRCC
Established: November 20, 1996 Address: 45/1151, 30/4 Street, Ward 11, Vung Tau City
Operational Scope:
- From the southern boundary of Ninh Thuan province's waters to the end of Kien Giang province's waters (excluding the Spratly Islands' waters).
- Northern limit: latitude 11-10N. Western limit: the maritime boundary between Vietnam and Cambodia.
- Eastern limit: longitude 111-40E and the outer boundary of Vietnam's search and rescue region.
